2024-2025 Landscaping and Irrigation Improvement Project
CALL FOR BIDS
Vista Ridge Metro District is accepting bids from qualified vendors for irrigation and landscape upgrades to certain roadways and open space areas within the Vista Ridge Metro District. The project will begin in the Spring of 2024 and be completed in the Fall of 2025. The project will entail the demolition of existing landscaping and irrigation systems, and installation of new landscaping and a new irrigation system to improve the overall aesthetics and usability of Vista Ridge Metropolitan District’s landscape areas.
Please see the Contract Documents for phasing plan. The Owner anticipates awarding all phases of the Work to a single Bidder.

Concrete Repairs on District Paths
Vista Ridge Metropolitan District is embarking on a large project to repair concrete paths situated on District property. RCD Construction will be performing the work, which will consist of replacing numerous concrete “panels” and grinding uneven areas in the locations noted on the Vista Ridge Sidewalk Replacement Maps. RCD Construction will be utilizing traffic control for this project that may impact roadways from time to time as heavy equipment is moved to areas of the project. RCD is finalizing its permits with the Town of Erie and expects to start the work on February 21st. We expect the work to be completed by mid April.
